As a Cloud Operations Administrator, a typical day involves collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee capacity management, ensuring that cloud resources are efficiently allocated and utilized. The role includes managing billing and show back operations to maintain transparency and accuracy in cloud expenditure. Additionally, the position requires actively engaging in cost optimization efforts across various cloud platforms, balancing operational needs with budgetary constraints. This role demands continuous monitoring and coordination across multiple cloud environments to support seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve cloud resource utilization and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on cloud operations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor and report on cloud service performance to identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
- Strong analytical skills to assess cloud usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities.
- Experience with cloud cost management tools and billing systems.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets to support decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with capacity planning and resource allocation in cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
