As a Cloud Operations Administrator, a typical day involves collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee capacity management, ensuring that cloud resources are efficiently allocated and utilized. The role includes managing billing and show back operations to maintain transparency and accuracy in cloud expenditure. Additionally, the position requires continuous efforts in cost optimization across various cloud platforms, balancing performance and budget considerations. This role demands proactive monitoring and coordination to support seamless cloud operations and contribute to the overall effectiveness of cloud services within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cloud operations and address any service issues promptly.
- Monitor cloud resource usage and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assist in documenting processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.
- Experience with Linux system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and virtualization concepts.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of security best practices in Linux environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in a timely manner.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
