Summary:

As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes strategizing and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and deliver high performance. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to align migration efforts with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process. The engineer plays a key role in enabling organizations to leverage both private and public cloud technologies to achieve innovative and efficient business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration and integration of cloud solutions.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure post-migration to maintain performance and reliability.
• Document migration processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist junior team members in understanding migration methodologies and troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Compute Services.
• Strong knowledge of cloud migration strategies and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Familiarity with private and public cloud environments and their respective technologies.
• Experience in performance tuning and capacity planning for cloud-based systems.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TIBCO Administration.
• This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
