As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver seamless cloud adoption that supports advanced business objectives and future growth. The engineer actively manages the migration process, addressing challenges and optimizing resources to achieve successful cloud integration.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of migration strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Network Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Network Architecture and Design, Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services, including private and public cloud environments.
- Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization in cloud settings.
- Ability to design and implement scalable network solutions that support cloud migration initiatives.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements related to cloud network operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Cloud Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
