Job purpose:

The Cloud Operations team supports our “Next Generation” Business Units to make products available via e-commerce platforms, invoice partners and provide guidance for after sale operations. The team is located in our Barcelona Shared Service Center and supports TD SYNNEX’s Local Entities and Partners across the EMEA region.

The Cloud Marketplace and Process Analyst will work within the Profit & Margin Analytics unit of the Cloud Operations Team and will have multiple responsibilities:

The role is responsible for driving margin expansion and sustainable profit growth through advanced financial analysis, pricing and cost optimization insights, and proactive stakeholder partnership in EMEA. The position acts as a strategic advisor to commercial, finance, and operations teams, translating margin data into actionable business decisions. It is expected for the candidate to drive and bring in AI capabilities for standardizing Margin analytics and reporting to our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities (Margin & Profit Focus)

• Own and execute margin and profitability analytics across products, customers, markets, and channels.
• Implement revenue, cost, and margin ecommerce strategies, identifying root causes of margin leakage and profit erosion.
• Partner with Pricing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to define and monitor profit improvement initiatives.
• Support pricing strategy and deal evaluation, including margin scenarios, price-volume-mix analysis, and profitability thresholds.
• Develop and maintain AI profitability models, forecasts, and what‑if simulations to support business decisions.
• Lead periodic margin reviews and provide concise, insight‑driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Standardize and improve margin reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to increase transparency and decision speed.
• Ensure alignment of margin logic and assumptions across functions and regions.

Required Skills & Expertise

Technical / Functional Skills

• Proven analytical skills (scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, price‑volume‑mix.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, AI software’s) is a strong advantage.
• Interest and analysis resolution working with large datasets.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows.”

Business & Strategic Skills

• Ability to critically evaluate AI‑generated insights, understanding limitations, assumptions, and business implications.
• Structured problem‑solving and hypothesis‑driven approach.
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing data‑backed recommendations

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong collaboration skills in cross‑functional, international environments.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Background (Optional Section)

• Experience in roles such as Margin Analyst, Profitability Manager, Pricing Analyst, Finance Business Partner, or similar.
• Background in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
