Cloud Marketplace and Process Analyst
The Cloud Operations team supports TD SYNNEX’s Cloud business across Europe.
The team builds and runs central cloud processes that are secure, cost‑efficient, scalable, and compliant.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a future in cloud services, has an understanding of cloud billing concepts, and the ability to analyze, question, and resolve technical or financial issues.
We are looking for someone who can think clearly, act with confidence, and is eager to grow their cloud career in a leading global technology distributor like TD SYNNEX.
The Analyst works closely with Platform, IT, Finance, Legal, country teams, AWS partners, and vendors.
The main goal is to ensure cloud services work correctly, follow rules, and scale effectively across 21+ European countries.
Main Responsibilities
Support central Cloud Operations processes across internal and external platforms.
Review and analyze AWS usage and billing data, including:
Understand, investigate, and help resolve TD Synnex internal platform and AWS billing‑related questions or issues.
Support AWS payer account onboarding, including IAM setup (users, roles, access), following AWS security and compliance standards.
Support and manage the AWS Billing Transfer process between entities.
Ensure AWS billing data is accurate, transparent, and clearly explained to internal stakeholders.
Build an understanding of:
Contribute to cloud cost control, optimization, and operational improvements.
Systems & Process Enablement
Act as a business contact for cloud operational systems.
Work with Platform and IT teams to help define and improve:
Support improving and simplifying cloud processes so they are easy to follow and scale across regions.
Governance & Compliance
Help ensure cloud operations follow:
Review existing processes and identify gaps, risks, or improvement opportunities.
Support audit and internal review preparation.
Maintain clear and structured documentation for cloud operational procedures.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Support and manage small to medium operational or system projects.
Break down complex topics into clear actions and next steps.
Track progress, raise risks early, and communicate clearly.
Work closely with:
Communicate with confidence and explain technical or billing topics in simple, understandable language.
Required Skills & Experience
Interest in AWS concepts and services
Understanding of:
Ability to analyze technical and billing issues, connect information, and ask the right questions
Basic to good knowledge of AWS IAM (users, roles, access)
Interest in cloud financial management (FinOps) and cost optimization
Experience or exposure to cloud platforms, SaaS, or software services
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
Ability to think independently, take ownership, and act with confidence
Comfortable working in an international and changing environment
Willingness to learn, grow, and take on responsibility
Good written and spoken English
Additional European languages are a plus
Working Conditions
Occasional travel within Europe is possible
