Cloud Labs Content EngineerThis role has been designated as ‘Remote/Teleworker’, which means you will primarily work from home.

What You Will Do

Content Development & Demonstrations

• Design, build, and maintain customer-facing demonstrations, labs, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
• Create repeatable and scalable content for HPE Juniper Cloud Labs.
• Develop solution-oriented demonstrations showcasing HPE Juniper technologies across routing, switching, security, and software domains.
• Ensure demonstrations are engaging, effective, and aligned with customer use cases.

Project Execution & Agile Delivery

• Manage content development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Participate in sprint planning and execution activities.
• Track deliverables and escalate project blockers when necessary.
• Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and teams.

Stakeholder & Requirement Management

• Serve as the primary contact for content intake and project requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Negotiate and manage the scope of user stories and use cases to avoid unnecessary complexity and feature bloat.
• Collaborate with Development, SRE, Product, and Sales teams to meet content objectives.

Enablement & Training

• Deliver Train-the-SE (Sales Engineer) programs.
• Conduct technical workshops, webinars, and live demonstrations.
• Enable field teams to effectively present and use developed content.

Platform & Technical Operations

• Develop a strong understanding of the HPE Juniper Cloud Labs architecture and components.
• Utilize automation tools to improve content deployment and management.
• Support lab environments involving networking, virtualization, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.
• Gather customer feedback and continuously improve demonstration content.

What You Will Bring

Networking Expertise

• 5+ years of experience working with:
  • Juniper SRX Security platforms
  • Juniper MX and PTX Routing platforms
  • Juniper QFX and EX Switching platforms
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, network security, SDN, and NFV concepts.

Cloud & Virtualization Knowledge

• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and KVM.
• Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud platform:
  • AWS
  • Azure
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Oracle Cloud

Customer-Facing Experience

• Minimum 5 years in customer-facing, pre-sales, consulting, or systems engineering roles.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers.
• Experience presenting to technical and business audiences.

Demonstration & Solution Design Experience

• Track record of creating successful demonstrations, PoCs, and technical labs.
• Ability to design solution-focused demonstrations rather than feature-only showcases.
• Experience training others on delivering technical presentations and demonstrations.

Communication & Leadership Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage audiences during webinars, conferences, and live sessions.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to influence stakeholders and negotiate requirements.

Technical & Additional Skills

Preferred qualifications include:

• Python scripting
• Linux administration (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS)
• HTML5 and web development
• Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, C, C++, or PHP
• SQL, .NET, Visual C#, or TCL knowledge
• Windows Server administration
• Storage technologies such as SAN, NFS, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
