Key Responsibilities
Monitor system health of the production customer systems and help troubleshoot deployment or environment issues
Managing andmaintainingAzure IaaS infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage, backups)
Participate in release deployments, upgrades, patches, and customer migrations
Maintain deployment and environment documentation (runbooks, checklists)
Support application deployments to Windows and Linux systems across DEV / QA / PROD environments
Keeping controls, policies, and test automationsup-to-datein theDrataGRC platformfor SOC2 Type 2 compliance
Work closely with infrastructure leads based in North America (Canada).
Skills and Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Cloud operations
Application deployments
Infrastructure or systems support
Production application support
Clearcommunication skills, both oral and written as there is an element of customer-facing communications to the role
Be able to work alone without supervision as well as in a team environment.
Deployments using Ansible, Terraform or Bicep
Experience using Kubernetes
Interest in cloud security, reliability,andinfrastructuretopics
