About the Team
The BytePlus Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Architect team is responsible for designing and delivering cloud infrastructure solutions that help customers leverage BytePlus Cloud cloud services (compute, storage, database, network, containers, etc.) to accelerate their business growth. We work closely with sales and pre-sales SA teams to provide technical expertise, market insights, and best practices that drive customer success and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales and pre-sales SAs to help customers design optimal cloud solutions using BytePlus cloud services (compute, storage, database, network, containers, etc.), based on their business requirements, technical architecture and infrastructure usage
- Develop deep understanding of BytePlus cloud service technical principles and use cases, provide professional technical recommendations and best practices, and clearly communicate the advantages and value of BytePlus cloud services to key decision-makers of customers to drive business conversion
- Conduct market insight and typical customer scenario analysis for internet, automotive, finance, and retail industries, track industry product evolution, emerging business models, market changes, and customer business development directions to inform product planning and enhance product competitiveness
- Develop customized solutions for various business scenarios based on typical customer needs and product advantages, provide professional product solutions and best practices to help customers optimize cost and efficiency in cloud migration and AI application innovation, driving customer business success
