We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cloud Enterprise Architect at Manager level to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with leadership capabilities to design, implement, and oversee Azure cloud solutions that meet our clients’ business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and resilient Azure cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, infrastructure engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
• Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and governance for Azure cloud adoption.
• Manage Azure cloud projects from conception through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Conduct architectural reviews, risk assessments, and provide recommendations for optimisation and cost-efficiency.
• Stay current with the latest Azure technologies, trends, and certifications to continuously enhance the organisation’s cloud capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Azure/AWS Architect or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
• Holds professional cloud certifications
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, security frameworks, networking, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in management consulting
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies.
• Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate in cloud architecture.
