• Monitor workloads, performance, availability and utilisation and respond to operational events.

• Apply approved security baselines, identity controls, tagging, logging and configuration standards.

• Support hybrid connectivity and dependencies with on-premises infrastructure, networks and applications.

• Provide cost, utilisation and optimisation analysis; implementation remains subject to entity approval.

• Maintain cloud inventories, diagrams, procedures, configuration records and recovery documentation.

• Support incident, problem and change management and contribute to root-cause analysis.

• Assist with TDRA-hosted or other approved environments once the target model and access are confirmed.

Requirements

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant cloud engineering and administration experience.

• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS in enterprise environments.

• Knowledge of cloud networking, identity, monitoring, security configuration, backup and cost management.

Expected Contribution

• Cloud workloads remain observable, secure and supported against the confirmed operating baseline.
