Export Control Laws

Unless explicitly notified otherwise, our vacancies are covered by Export Control Laws which require candidates to be from an "Export Safe" Country as deemed by the Japanese Government. <Job Description/Roles and Responsibilities>

• Understand requirements from application development forces responsible for design and production of satellite systems and be responsible for all aspects of design, implementation, testing, operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure to meet current and future requirements
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure Design, build, and test
  Code manage and automate infrastructure resources using Terraform and other tools
• Build CI/CD pipelines and improve operations
• Manage multiple application containers and connectivity to cloud environments Monitor and design alerts for services and troubleshoot when they fail
• Work closely with stakeholders to build and improve the IT infrastructure environment
• Implement security measures based on the developed security strategy
• Respond to incidents and take measures to prevent recurrence
• Prepare necessary guidelines, procedures and other documents
• Continuously execute the PDCA cycle in the assigned tasks Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

<Mandatory>

• Experience in designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge and experience in system construction (Microsoft Windows and Linux systems).
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems within assigned tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to deal with users and IT vendors.

<Desirable>

• AWS Certified Solution Architect or other certification.
• Understanding of microservices, containers, and serverless technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, robust, and secure cloud solutions.
• Experience developing systems that adhere to development processes (Waterfall, Agile, whatever).
• Experience with automated testing and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Technical knowledge and experience covering the IT domain.
• Experience working with information security (e.g., endpoint and network security and policy development).
• Familiarity with security best practices in a cloud environment.
• Possession of Information Technology Engineer certification (IPA).

<職務内容/役割・責任>

• 人工衛星システムの設計・製造を担当するアプリケーション開発部隊からの要件を理解し、現在および将来の要件を満たすためのITインフラの設計、実装、テスト、運用、保守のすべての側面を担当する
• クラウドインフラストラクチャの設計と実装を行う
• クラウドインフラストラクチャの設計、構築、テスト
• Terraform等を用いたインフラリソースのコード管理と自動化
• CI/CDパイプラインの構築と運用の改善
• 複数のアプリケーションコンテナの管理およびクラウド環境との接続の管理
• サービスのモニタリング及びアラート設計、障害時のトラブルシューティング
• 関係者と密に連携し、ITインフラ環境の構築・改善を行う
• 策定されたセキュリティ戦略に基づくセキュリティ対策の実施するインシデント対応と再発防止対策を行う
• 必要なガイドライン、手順書等のドキュメントを作成する
• 担当業務におけるPDCAサイクルを継続的に実行できる
• 上司から指示されるその他業務の遂行

＜必須スキル＞

• クラウドインフラストラクチャ（AWS、GCP）に関する設計・構築・運用経験。
• システム構築（Microsoft Windows系、Linux系）の知識と構築経験。
• 担当業務内での適切な優先順位付けや問題解決能力。
• ユーザやITベンダーとの対応に必要となる口頭及び書面によるコミュニケーションスキル

＜望ましいスキル＞

• AWS認定ソリューションアーキテクトなどの認定資格。
• マイクロサービス、コンテナ、サーバーレス技術の理解。
• スケーラブルで堅牢かつ安全なクラウドソリューションの設計および実装の経験。
• 開発プロセス（Waterfall、Agileどれでも）に準拠したシステム開発経験
• 自動テストおよび継続的インテグレーション/継続的デプロイ（CI/CD）プロセスの経験。
• IT領域をカバーする技術的知見・経験。
• 情報セキュリティに関する業務経験（エンドポイント、ネットワークセキュリティやポリシー策定など）
• クラウド環境におけるセキュリティのベストプラクティスに精通していること。
• 情報処理技術者資格の保有（IPA）
