ABOUT THE ROLE

The DevOps Service Enablement team serves as the primary client-facing gateway for all stakeholders interacting with Cloud & DevOps. In this critical role, you will act as the ambassador for Cloud & DevOps, engaging directly with both business and technology stakeholders. Your mission will be to deeply understand their business needs, clarify expectations, and expertly guide them to the most suitable service path: whether through standard service offerings, guided enablement, or tailored solutions.

This position uniquely blends strong business acumen, expert stakeholder relationship management, technical advisory, and passionate Cloud & DevOps service advocacy You will be instrumental in elevating the quality of incoming demands, enhancing transparency across the service delivery lifecycle, driving the adoption of standardized service blueprints, and ensuring stakeholders receive proactive communication and exceptional follow-up

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Communication & Service Representation

  • Serve as the primary client-facing liaison for Maisons, product teams, application teams, and internal stakeholders interacting with Cloud & DevOps.
  • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships through transparent communication, expert guidance, and consistent follow-up.
  • Deeply understand stakeholder business context, priorities, constraints, maturity levels, and desired outcomes.
  • Professionally represent Cloud & DevOps, embodying a structured and customer-oriented approach

Demand Qualification & Service Guidance

Build strong relationships with Maisons, product teams, and internal stakeholders.

  • Translate complex stakeholder needs into clear, actionable Cloud & DevOps service requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on available Cloud & DevOps services, packaged solutions, standard patterns and self-service options.
  • Strategically guide stakeholders to the optimal service path: standard offerings, Internal Developer Portal self-service, guided enablement, or tailored delivery.
  • Champion the adoption of standard service offerings, ensuring stakeholders understand prerequisites, responsibilities, and readiness criteria.
  • Evaluate stakeholder maturity to proactively identify and address potential barriers to successful service consumption.

Cross-Team Coordination & Continuous Improvement

  • Orchestrate seamless collaboration with DevOps Services, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps Platform, Cloud Governance & Architecture, Enterprise Integration and delivery teams.
  • Contribute to defining and aligning service guardrails, readiness criteria, approval processes, cost controls and governance rules for services within the Cloud & DevOps catalog.
  • Proactively identify recurring stakeholder pain points and drive continuous improvements in processes, documentation, communication, and service adoption.
  • Support comprehensive reporting on demand status, lead times, service adoption, self-service utilization, and overall process efficiency.
  • Enhance transparency, predictability and professionalism throughout the entire demand and service lifecycle.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as service enablement, business analysis, technical consulting, customer success, application delivery, or service management.
  • Proven ability to effectively engage with both business and technical stakeholders, translating complex needs into clear requirements and actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and driving initiatives across multiple teams
  • Possess a strong customer-oriented mindset completed by excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • A significant plus Experience in the commercialization of managed or centralized services within a company of similar size and complexity.

Technical Acumen

Solid working knowledge and technical fluency across Cloud & DevOps domains, enabling you to deeply understand stakeholder needs, ask incisive questions, challenge assumptions, and effectively translate requirements into the appropriate service path.


This includes practical understanding of:

  • Leading Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud).
  • Cloud and DevOps service models.
  • Kubernetes, containerization and modern application deployment concepts.
  • CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation principles.
  • Cloud Security, governance, cost control and architecture guardrails.
  • Service management, demand management, and delivery lifecycle concepts.
  • Internal Developer Portals, self-service models, and packaged service offerings.

While deep hands-on implementation expertise is not required, the successful candidate must possess strong technical credibility to effectively engage with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams.
