
The DevOps Engineer plays a critical role in enabling the deployment, scalability, and operational reliability of agentic
AI applications in industrial environments. This role bridges development and operations by building and maintaining the
infrastructure, automation pipelines, and system integrations required to bring AI solutions into real-world manufacturing
contexts. Working at the intersection of cloud technologies, enterprise IT, and AI engineering, the DevOps Engineer ensures that
our agentic framework runs smoothly, securely, and efficientlyboth in customer environments and within Bosch.
Key Responsibilities:
v Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows to support fast, reliable, and secure delivery of agentic
AI applications.
v Build and maintain infrastructure components, including container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes),
monitoring/logging, and system health management.
v Collaborate closely with the Engineering Lead Operations, AI engineers, and system integrators to ensure consistent
system behavior and streamlined deployment processes.
v Implement DevOps best practices for hybrid environments (cloud/on-prem), including environment provisioning,
configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code.
v Integrate agentic AI components with existing enterprise systems such as MES, ERP, and SCADA platforms.
v Support security, compliance, and reliability requirements by embedding

Key Skills and Qualifications:
v Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
v Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on-premise deployment strategies
v Proficiency in DevOps tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab/GitHub CI, and monitoring stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
v Strong scripting and coding skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Go), with experience in backend system integration
v Familiarity with industrial IT environments (MES, ERP, SCADA) and hybrid IT landscapes is a strong plus.
v Experience deploying and maintaining large-scale distributed systems in production environments
v Strong problem-solving skills, operational mindset, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams.
v Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
