Job Description

This job operates on a hybrid model, requiring you to be based and work from within Bulgaria.

YOUR MISSION

  • Analyze requirements, define solution specs, and present designs to stakeholders
  • Design and build large-scale, high-performing data platforms in the cloud
  • Architect and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and storage formats
  • Leverage Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks to design and implement modern data solutions
  • Implement governance frameworks ensuring data quality, security, and compliance
  • Develop advanced analytics solutions leveraging AI/ML
    for business insights
  • Estimate timelines, budgets, support escalations, and drive innovation through research
    and knowledge sharing
  • Demonstrate expert-level Python skills, including building data pipelines, automation frameworks, ETL/ELT processes, and working with key libraries (e.g., Pandas, PySpark, FastAPI, NumPy)

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Strong expertise in at least one cloud platform ( Azure
    preferred)
  • Proven experience with relational & non-relational databases
  • Skilled in modern data warehousing and data lake technologies
  • Strong communication skills; ability to articulate business value at executive level
  • Cloud Architect and/or Data Architect certification
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
