Job Title:  Cloud Camp Dinner Server

Pay Rate: $19.50 / hour

Shift Opportunities: Seasonal

Cloud Camp is the Broadmoor’s highest wilderness experience all-inclusive adult getaway. Sitting at 9,000 ft, Cloud Camp offers its guests unforgettable experiences to include world class food and beverage offerings, daily activities, and extraordinary accommodations.
As a member of the Cloud Camp Team, the Dinner Server will deliver exceptional guest service and serve food and beverage to guests. Cloud Camp offers a four-course plated dinner every evening with an extensive beverage program.

What you will be doing:
• Maintain 5 star and 5 diamond standards while offering above and beyond service for all guests.
• Serve guests four course plated dinner.
• Answer menu questions and makes suggestions regarding food and beverage service.
• Obtain and maintain knowledge of guest(s) diet restrictions and food allergies.
• Ability to function as bartender and mix ingredients to prepare beverages to guest satisfaction.
• Serve variety of wines, beers, and cocktails.
• Maintain accurate communication with kitchen staff regarding orders, times, guest needs, etc. to provide efficient service.
• Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
• Buss and carry used tableware to kitchen area.
• Handle opening and closing procedures as directed.
• Follow Cloud Camp safety and hygiene standards.
• Abide by and maintain up to date knowledge of Colorado liquor laws.
• Assist other dining room staff and all other staff as needed.
• Utilize the Point of Sales system proficiently.
• Assist in Culinary and Stewarding as needed.
• All other duties as assigned and help with any other duties at Cloud Camp needed and necessary.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) one to two years of serving experience required. Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant environment preferred.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times.* Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities
