Our team is working on an exciting project for the
B2B Payments Industry (Fraud Detection Applications). We are seeking an experienced
Cloud Application Architect
with deep technical expertise in application design and development (preferably Java or Golang/GO) to drive architectural direction and hands-on implementation. While experience in the Financial services industry is nice to have,
strong technical expertise
is the primary requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Architect, design, and develop
  cloud-native applications
  (preferably
  Java or Golang/GO
  ) with high performance, scalability, and security.

• 
  Define
  application architecture blueprints
  , reusable patterns, and best practices for cloud deployment and integration.

• 
  Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• 
  Lead the adoption of
  modern architectural practices
  such as microservices, API-driven design, and event-driven architecture.

• 
  Oversee
  code reviews, CI/CD pipeline improvements
  , and cloud infrastructure integration to ensure efficient delivery.

• 
  Troubleshoot complex system issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability and fault tolerance in distributed environments.

• 
  Mentor development teams and guide them on architectural decisions, frameworks, and DevOps best practices.

• 
  Stay current with emerging
  cloud and Java ecosystem technologies
  and recommend adoption strategies.

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 
  10+ years of experience
  in designing and developing enterprise-grade Java applications.

• 
  Deep expertise in
  Core Java, Spring Framework/Spring Boot, and REST API design
  .

• 
  Proven experience architecting
  microservices-based applications
  and deploying them on
  cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
  .

• 
  Strong understanding of
  cloud-native principles
  (containers, orchestration, scalability, and monitoring).

• 
  Hands-on experience with
  CI/CD pipelines
  ,
  version control systems (Git)
  , and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).

• 
  Strong background in
  SQL and relational databases
  (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle); familiarity with NoSQL systems is a plus.

• 
  Knowledge of
  security, compliance, and performance tuning
  in cloud environments.

• 
  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
