For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Application Production Support
  • Demonstrates strong command of Linux and CLI to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud application environments on Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  • Writes and maintains automation scripts using Python and/or Bash to support operational tasks and incident response workflows.
  • Configures and manages CI pipelines using Jenkins, Travis, or Concourse to support continuous integration in production environments.
  • Automates infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible and Terraform, with proficiency validated through Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform expertise.
  • Manages containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, with applied knowledge aligned to the Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) standard.
  • Operates and supports applications across IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure public cloud environments, ensuring reliability and performance in production.
  • Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex production issues with a proactive, persistent approach.
  • Fluency in English, at least B2 level
  • Availability for Hybrid model, 2-3 times a week based in Lisbon
  • Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
