Are you an architect with a passion for designing and implementing cutting-edge infrastructure solutions? Do you have a strong background in Networking, virtualization, storage and security?
We are looking for a Cloud & Infrastructure Architect who can define reference architectures, detect and correct deviations from standards, and technically lead strategic infrastructure, cloud, and outsourcing projects. You will work in a cross-functional role, with direct contact with clients, in an environment that combines virtualization, containerization, public cloud, networking, storage, security, and compliance (ISO, NIS, etc.)
About the Role:
As a Cloud and Infrastructure Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our cloud infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on architectural challenges, with in parallel dedicated hands-on technical work.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of this role, you will focus on:
Architecture & Standardization
Define, document, and evolve reference architectures (on-premises, hybrid, cloud).
Standardize technical solutions: virtualization, systems, networking, storage and databases.
Integrate cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Identify deviations from technical standards, lead remediation or mitigation efforts.
Cloud & Containerization
Design and validate hybrid or full cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS).
Integrate or evolve Kubernetes/Docker environments (on-premises, managed).
Oversee security, performance, scalability, and cost aspects in cloud environments.
Client-Facing & Governance
Serve as the technical point of contact for client teams, particularly during migrations and integrations.
Participate in proposal reviews, client presentations, and technical committees.
Provide input on responses to requests for proposals and framing documents.
Technical Leadership
Act as technical lead on infrastructure, cloud, or outsourcing projects.
Supervise engineers involved, coordinate technical tasks, and ensure overall consistency.
Contribute to the definition of technological roadmaps and anticipate future developments.
Compliance & Security
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, etc. requirements.
Apply best practices for cloud and container security (CIS Benchmarks, Zero Trust...).
Participate in audits, remediation plans, and normative documentation.
YOUR PROFILE
We're looking for someone with:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an infrastructure architect.
Strong background in technical infrastructure, with a plus if you have experience as a network architect.
Expertise in Private Cloud solutions.
Technical skills in security, storage, and other infrastructure areas.
