15+ Years of experience in Data warehosuing 5+ years in Lakehouse architecture and hands on experience in Databricks 5+ Years of experience in designing Lakehouse Architecture 5+ years of experience in Data Migration Initiatives involving multi terabytes of Data preferably in Databricks Good knowledge in SQL and Python Good knowledge on Unity Metrics and Unity functions. Strong in Developing reusable artifacts for Migration Hands on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage Strong understanding of data security, access control, and compliance frameworksGood in CI/CD and Devlops Manage Multiple projects and Project management activities Data Integration & Engineering Oversight • Govern design of ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming, and API-based integrations • Enable scalable data ingestion, processing, and distribution frameworks KPIs / Success Metrics • Data platform scalability and performance improvements • Data quality and governance adoption rates • Reduction in data redundancy and silos • Time-to-deliver data solutions Nice to Have • Experience with data mesh or data fabric architectures • Knowledge of AI/ML data pipelines • Exposure to real-time analytics and streaming platforms Soft Skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Ability to lead and mentor teams Technology & Platform Ownership • Evaluate and recommend data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, lakehouse) • Define architecture for cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) • Guide implementation of tools for data processing, storage, and analytics Data Modeling & Design • Develop and maintain data models (ER, dimensional, canonical) • Ensure consistency across systems and domains • Optimize data structures for performance and scalability
