Summary
The Cloud Administrator I is responsible for supporting the operation, maintenance, and reliability of the organization’s cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments. This role assists in managing cloud-based services, maintaining legacy systems, and supporting day-to-day infrastructure operations.
The position works closely with infrastructure engineers, security teams, and application owners to ensure systems remain secure, available, and properly maintained. The Cloud Administrator I will perform routine operational tasks such as patching systems, responding to service requests, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and supporting cloud-related projects.
