Chick-fil-A Aramingo is looking for a dependable, mature, and growth-minded Kitchen Shift Leader to join the team. This hands-on leadership role is focused on Back of House operations, with a strong emphasis on closing shifts.


At Chick-fil-A Aramingo, leadership is about more than running a shift. Dan Mills, the local Owner/Operator, is passionate about caring for his team, coaching leaders, and building a restaurant culture where people are developed both personally and professionally.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, communicates well, receives feedback, coaches team members, and sets the standard for consistency and dependability. Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required. We can train the operational skills. We are looking for someone who can lead with maturity and help strengthen a values-focused kitchen culture.


Your Impact


  • Lead Back of House operations during high-volume shifts and closing shifts.

  • Help create a steady, organized, and encouraging kitchen environment.

  • Coach team members with maturity, clarity, and care.

  • Support operational excellence by helping the team deliver accurate, high-quality food quickly and safely.

  • Build trust with the team by setting the example in dependability, communication, and follow-through.

  • Help maintain food safety, team safety, cleanliness, and Chick-fil-A standards.

  • Partner with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across the restaurant.


Background Profile


  • 1 year of Leadership experience

  • Must be available to regularly close as business needs require.

  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but not required.

  • ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required.

  • Must be dependable and able to set the standard for attendance and professionalism.

  • Must be willing to learn, listen, give feedback, and receive feedback well.

  • Hospitality experience (preferred)

  • Must have a basic understanding of kitchen operations

  • Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values and care for people.
