Are you passionate about fitness and eager to make a real difference in your community? If you love helping others stay active and healthy, we’d love to have you join our team at the Marblehead YMCA!
As part of our Fitness Floor team, you'll play a key role in supporting members and program participants on their wellness journeys. Your day will include welcoming and engaging with members, maintaining a clean and safe fitness center, demonstrating exercises and equipment, and sharing information about additional programs to help members reach their goals. You'll also give prospective members tours, answer questions, and encourage deeper involvement in our Y community.
We’re looking for someone who:
âś… Has a working knowledge of fitness programs and exercises.
âś… Connects easily with people of all ages and abilities, bringing encouragement and positivity.
âś… Is interested in fitness, exercise science, personal training, or customer service.

Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must maintain CPR, and First Aid certifications
- We are looking for Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturdays nights
