Closing Agent – Stevens Point, WI

Join a growing, family-owned title company with locations in Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls. As a Closing Agent, you'll be the face of the transaction – guiding buyers and sellers through one of the biggest moments of their lives while keeping every detail accurate and on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and conduct residential closings, walking clients through every document with clarity and confidence
• Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and fellow closers to resolve issues and keep transactions on track
• Review title insurance commitments and conveyance documents to catch problems before they surface
• Collect and disburse closing funds with full accuracy
• Build strong working relationships with lenders and agents who bring repeat business
• Work in SoftPro (training provided) to manage order entry, scheduling, document recording, and wire approvals

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of real estate transactional experience with direct client contact
• Strong understanding of Wisconsin real estate closing procedures
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice to Have

• SoftPro, RamQuest, or Qualia experience
• Some college or related coursework
• Experience with wholesale, investment, or commercial real estate closings
• WLTA membership or affiliation
