
Design Leader for Clock/Reset or PAD Specification and Circuit Design for Automotive SoCs (R-Car Series)

As automotive electrification and intelligence continue to advance, in-vehicle SoCs are positioned as a core technology that underpins vehicle performance and functionality.
The R-Car series has continued to evolve as a large-scale SoC, highly integrating a wide variety of SoC IPs, including CPUs, high-speed interfaces, memory, AI/video, functional safety, and security.
To enhance product value, SoCs are required to meet stringent demands for operating frequency and power consumption. As a result, precise clock control, reset control, and power management within the SoC are indispensable elements. In addition, pin control that satisfies the requirements of multiple customers requires careful consideration at the specification definition stage.
Our department is responsible for the design and development of key components in automotive SoC products. For this position, we are seeking a design leader for clock/reset circuits or PAD (LSI pin) and function selection circuits. Since design and verification are carried out in collaboration with development sites in India and Vietnam (working language: English), we expect candidates who can actively contribute in a global development environment.

- Clock control, reset control, and power management mechanisms and their peripheral circuits
- PADs (LSI pins) and function selection circuits
【Job description】
- Define concepts and targets based on requirements
- Establish the overall functional and verification strategy
- Establish the overall DFT (Design for Test) and test strategy
- Plan characterization and evaluation strategies
- Provide technical leadership to logic design and verification teams
【MUST】
- At least 3 years of development experience in clock, reset, and power control–related areas in digital front-end design, or experience in PAD (pin) design and function selection circuits
- Experience in digital circuit design and verification
- English communication skills
- Development experience in a Linux environment
【WANT】
- Experience with logic synthesis
- Experience in timing design and creation of timing constraints
