Assist in storing and retrieving luggage and personal items for both in-house and non-in-house guests. Safely store all gest belongings, ensuring each item is properly tagged, logged, and handled with care. Perform daily inventory checks to maintain an updated record of stored items and monitor unclaimed property for appropriate reporting. Keep accurate documentation of all deposited and retrieved items in compliance with the departmental procedures. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and professional appearance of the Cloakroom and Bagged Counter areas; report any maintenance or housekeeping concerns to the Shift-in-Charge Provide guest with accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and directions, and offer escort assistance when needed. Assist guest in handling and securing fragile or perishable items in accordance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate with Bell Dispatchers to ensure smooth and timely execution of guest request and item handling. Assist guest with the transportation needs in a prompt and courteous manner. Handle guest errands within or outside the property as required. Requirements Minimum relevant experience of Concierge/ Bell Services in the Hotel industry is an advantage.
