  Responsible for luggage storage and retrieval of all non-in-house guests, as well as doing the inventory of all stored items in the cloakroom.

  Greets and ensures that all the guests are attended to in a friendly and helpful manner at all times, and attempts to use guests' names at every opportunity.
• 
  Proactive in assisting courteously and quickly before having to be asked, especially when a guest is carrying luggage and/or other items.
• 
  Strives to ensure every guest's interaction leaves a lasting positive impression of the Resort Services, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
• 
  Provides information to guests about the resort facilities and services.
• 
  Has basic area knowledge around the resort, such as the nearest malls, convenience stores, drugstores, and Hospitals.
• 
  Maintains a well-groomed hairstyle and wears clean, shiny, well-polished shoes and a neat uniform while on duty
• 
  Has full knowledge of Solaire Resort North standards.
• 
  Assumes other duties assigned by the management as required.
• 
  Coordinates with bell services and/or concierge, should there be a need to assist guests with their luggage or transportation requirements.

Requirements

• 
  Outgoing and approachable, Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  Preferably having experience in the hotel industry with the same capacity is an advantage.
• 
  Pleasing personality and can work under pressure
• 
  Preferably college-level with a hospitality-related course.
