Job Description

A Medical Office Manager is responsible for the non-clinical aspects of the day-to-day operations for a single physician and/or practice location. The manager guides, organizes and monitors all administrative functions for the designated physician office. The manager ensures smooth daily, efficient operations for the practice through timely problem solving, team building, appropriate oversight and staff management. Establishes a collaborative relationship with the physician, employees, and other organizational staff in order to foster a positive team environment.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

High School Graduate or Equivalent.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work well with the public is required. Open and effective communication skills essential. Can manage others as well as multitask.

EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience within other medical offices preferred.
