A Day in the Life

In the position of CLM Legal Contracts Review Specialist, you will support the administration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and legal operations processes. Partner closely with Legal, Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure efficient contract management workflows, system effectiveness, user adoption, reporting, and process governance. Serve as a key resource for CLM initiatives, drive process improvements, support training and change management efforts, and contribute to operational excellence through the effective use of legal technology and streamlined business processes.

The Impact You'll Make

• Coordinate and drive the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of CLM processes and technology, including day-to-day administration of the Conga CLM platform.
• Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, workflows, approval matrices, and process documentation.
• Coordinate testing (including UAT), validation, and deployment for system enhancements and releases.
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external support teams.
• Support onboarding, training, user adoption, and change management initiatives.
• Generate and analyze CLM and Legal Operations performance metrics, including contract lifecycle key project indicators (KPIs), system adoption, and operational effectiveness. Build reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Monitor system usage and outcomes to identify opportunities for efficiency, compliance, and automation improvements.
• Support the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and user guides.
• Manage CLM, Legal Operations, and digital transformation initiatives by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, monitoring project milestones and risks, and recommending process and technology improvements. Support the implementation and optimization of workflows, governance practices, and technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate meetings, documentation, and communications among business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and consultants.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Legal Studies, Business Administration, Information Systems, Paralegal Studies, or a related field required
• 3-5 years of experience in leading process improvement, system enhancement, or cross-functional projects preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in legal operations, contract lifecycle management (CLM), contract administration, legal technology, business operations, or a related function
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Knowledge of CLM software (CLM platforms e.g., Conga, CLM, Docusign CLM, Ironclad, Agiloft, Icertis).

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$70,304—$85,000 USD
