As a
CLM Functional Consultant
, you are a strategic translator between complex business processes and the technology that automates them. You will lead the configuration of leading Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, guiding clients through a fundamental transformation of their legal and business operations from kickoff to go-live.
Configure Solutions:
Lead the hands-on setup of platforms like Icertis, Agiloft, or ContractPodAI to solve specific client business challenges.
Bridge the Gap:
Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and executed.
Manage Quality & Testing:
Drive functional validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee the system is reliable and ready for launch.
Enable Adoption:
Provide client training and create clear documentation to ensure long-term success and software adoption.
Industry Expertise:
You have
3–6 years
of experience in CLM implementation or legal tech consulting.
Technical Proficiency:
you are skilled at translating business logic into platform configuration and system logic.
Consultative Mindset:
You are an excellent communicator who can manage stakeholders and solve problems effectively in high-stakes environments.
Organized Leader:
You are comfortable managing multiple projects in a global, cross-functional setting using tools like
