Estamos actualmente seleccionando un CLM / ERP ANALYST ENGINEER (H/M) para incorporar a nuestra fábrica de Leganés, Madrid.
FUNCIONES:
Apoyar las fases de diseño y ejecución de un proyecto de transformación digital que involucra sistemas CLM y ERP.
Apoyar las actividades de implementación, validación y coordinación, actuando como enlace entre negocio, IT y proveedores externos.
Recopilar requisitos de diferentes stakeholders de fábrica.
Asegurar la correcta cobertura de los requisitos de negocio en las nuevas soluciones CLM y ERP.
Apoyar el mapeo de procesos de negocio y su alineación con las implementaciones de sistemas.
Ejecutar actividades de pruebas de sistemas documentales (UAT, validaciones, seguimiento de incidencias).
Apoyar el seguimiento de PI Planning en un entorno Agile.
Asistir en la documentación y definición de procesos de negocio.
Coordinar con equipos de fábrica, IT y desarrollo.
Monitorizar el progreso, riesgos y acciones en los distintos flujos del proyecto.
Participar en reuniones de proyecto con equipos internos y proveedores externos (CLM y ERP).
Soporte de transformación de datos:
Apoyar las actividades de migración de datos desde los sistemas de fábrica hacia las nuevas plataformas CLM y ERP (preparación de datos, validación y comprobaciones de consistencia).
Apoyar al departamento de ingeniería en la planificación y validación de iniciativas de transformación documental.
Asegurar la coherencia, integridad y alineación de la documentación con los nuevos requisitos de sistemas y procesos.
REQUISITOS
Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o similar
Deseable 2 años de experiencia en proyectos de implantación de software
Buen manejo de CLM / ERP
Conocimiento de trabajo en entornos Agiles
Conocimientos de BOM y procesos de fabricación e industrialización
Inglés C1
