Department: Sales & Commercial, Novo Nordisk Czech Republic,

Location: Czech Republic, with regular travel across the country

Your impact begins here

As Clinics Partnership Manager, you will build and grow Novo Nordisk’s partnerships with private clinics across the Czech Republic. Private healthcare is evolving quickly, and you will be the person who spots the opportunities, shapes the partnerships and turns them into sustainable growth. Working with clinic owners, healthcare professionals and colleagues across medical, marketing and commercial teams, you will help more people access innovative treatment and support, while strengthening our position in a changing market.

What you’ll bring

You combine commercial drive with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships. You will also bring:

  • A master’s degree or higher in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales or key account management, with a proven track record of delivering commercial results and building strategic partnerships.
  • Experience working with private clinics and healthcare providers, and an existing network within lifestyle medicine clinics in the Czech Republic.
  • Experience selling out-of-pocket (OOP) products used by private clinics.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial, proactive approach, strong organisational and project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Fluent Czech and English, written and spoken, a valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the Czech Republic.

Useful, but not essential:

  • Experience from the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare or a related industry.

What you’ll do

You will own strategic partnerships with private clinics and key stakeholders, turning customer understanding and market insight into business growth.

  • Identify new partnership opportunities with private clinics, assess their business potential and develop tailored partnership models that create value for both sides.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic owners, healthcare professionals and decision-makers, acting as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for your accounts.
  • Develop and execute business development and account plans aligned with company objectives, leading commercial initiatives that support access to treatment and business expansion.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience through face-to-face and digital interactions, sharing relevant product, service and partnership information.
  • Use CRM tools, digital channels and performance data to generate customer insights, optimise commercial activities and explore new ways to engage stakeholders.
  • Represent Novo Nordisk at meetings, conferences and external events, and deliver ambitious business and performance objectives.

Who you’ll work with

You will join Novo Nordisk in the Czech Republic, , where colleagues work across markets to serve people around the world and help improve health at scale. You will report to Sales & Commercial Director.

Your closest partners will be colleagues in medical, marketing and commercial teams. Together, you will align on priorities, bring customer insights back into the business and move quickly from opportunity to action. Externally, you will work with private clinics, clinic owners, healthcare professionals and other key decision-makers across the country.

What you can expect here

You will have real ownership: you will shape partnerships in a growing part of the Czech healthcare market and see the results of your work directly. You will be trusted to make decisions, make your voice heard and bring an entrepreneurial approach to how we engage private healthcare providers.
