We are continuously hiring Outpatient Clinicians to join our team and work with youth and families at multiple locations in Pueblo, CO. Applications are accepted year-round.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and collaborative treatment planning
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
- Collaborate with community partners

Physical requirements
- May stay stationary for prolonged periods of time.
- Moves within the facility.
- Frequently exposed to stressful or emergent situations.
- Frequently operates a computer and other office equipment to record health data.
- Constantly communicates with clients and others.
- Occasionally moves equipment and/or materials up to 20 pounds.
- Occasionally drives between Health Solutions facilities.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For—The Must-Haves
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a closely related field
- Willing and able to obtain licensure candidacy status within 1 month of hire and clinical licensure within 3-years of hire
- Experience working successfully within a multi-disciplinary team
- Computer proficiency
- Valid Colorado driver’s license, good driving record, and access to transportation during work hours
What We’d Like to See—The Nice-to-Haves
- Independent Colorado clinical license (i.e., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Colorado Addictions Credentials (i.e. CAT, CAS, LAC)
- Spanish language skills
