We’re hiring Outpatient Clinicians to work with youth clients at various location in Pueblo, CO.

What You’d Be Doing:

  • Administering screenings, assessments, and facilitating collaborative treatment planning;
  • Providing individual, couples/family, and/or group services;
  • Maintaining accurate, compliant, and up-to-date client records;
  • Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and trainings;
  • Meeting performance standards related to documentation, caseload management, and productivity;
  • Working collaboratively and representing Health Solutions with community agencies and partners; and
  • Performing other job-related duties as requested and assigned based on program and client needs.

Other things you should know about this position:

  • May stay stationary for prolonged periods of time.
  • Moves within the facility.
  • Frequently exposed to stressful or emergent situations.
  • Frequently operates a computer and other office equipment to record health data.
  • Constantly communicates with clients and others.
  • Occasionally moves equipment and/or materials up to 20 pounds.
  • Occasionally drives between Health Solutions facilities.



Qualifications

What We’re Looking For—The Must-Haves

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a closely related field;
  • Willing and able to obtain licensure candidacy status within 1 month of hire and clinical licensure within 3-years of hire;
  • Experience working successfully within a multi-disciplinary team;
  • Computer proficiency;
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license, good driving record, and access to transportation during work hours.

What We’d Like to See—The Nice-to-Haves

  • Independent Colorado clinical license (i.e., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Colorado Addictions Credentials (i.e. CAT, CAS, LAC)
  • Spanish language skills
