As a Clinician at our Salem Health Center, you'll provide patient-centered reproductive health services, build meaningful connections with the people you serve, and work alongside a dedicated team committed to expanding access to essential health care.

As a Clinician, you'll provide direct patient care and education in a supportive, collaborative health center environment.
On a typical day, you might:
Schedule & Location
We have two regular, onsite Clinician positions available at our Salem Health Center in Salem, Oregon.
Position 1: Part-Time – 22.5 Hours/Week
Day Schedule
Thursday 9:00am–5:00pm
Friday 8:00am–4:00pm
Saturday 8:00am–4:00pm
Position 2: Full-Time – 37.5 Hours/Week
Day Schedule
Tuesday 11:00am–7:00pm
Wednesday 11:00am–7:00pm
Thursday 9:00am–5:00pm
Friday 8:00am–4:00pm
Saturday 8:00am–4:00pm
Candidates may be considered for either position based on their availability and preferences. Please indicate whether you're interested in the full-time schedule, part-time schedule, or both when applying.
Employees may be requested or required to occasionally work other days (including weekends), hours, and locations to meet operational needs.

Pay & Growth
$54.41–$79.26/hour
Pay is based on experience and internal equity. Most new hires start toward the lower end of the range, with room to grow.
