Job Description

Status: Part Time Hourly

FLSA classification: Non-Exempt

of the Position Master's Level Clinician to provide and coordinate therapeutic services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. The Clinician will conduct behavioral health assessments, provide individual and group counseling, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with clients and community partners to support positive treatment outcomes. This position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting clinical assessments and evaluations
  • Providing direct therapeutic and counseling services
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans
  • Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Coordinating care with internal and external service providers
  • Participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings

Alcohol and Drug Counselors (ADCs) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, psychology, or social work with experience providing therapeutic services to individuals and families.
  • License issued by State of West Virigina (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) is preferred.
  • One or more years of experience providing behavioral health substance use, or drug and alcohol counseling.
  • Experience in crisis intervention, care coordination, and treatment planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
  • Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
