
PCS is seeking a Behavioral Health Crisis Clinician to provide clinical, care coordination, and consultation services to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorder, and/or developmental disabilities and their families/caregivers. Provides crisis services including crisis intervention, assessment, and counseling to individuals and families experiencing a behavioral health crisis, including those admitted to the Lighthouse 23-hour crisis receiving center. Must be eligible for DBHDS Preadmission Screening Clinician certification. Minimum QMHP required and LMHP and prescreening certification with Emergency Services experience preferred. Valid driver's license and safe driving record required. Varied days and shifts available.

Initially created by the Virginia General Assemble in 1968, there are now 40 Community Services Boards. CSB's are agents of local communities and operate under regulations of the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Development Services.
Formed in 1972, Piedmont Community Services has provided our community with behavioral health services for over 50 years. We serve the City of Martinsville and the counties of Henry, Franklin and Patrick.
