About the Role
The Clinician (Clinical) supports Trilogy Care’s clinical governance framework, helping ensure safe, high-quality and compliant care across the organisation. This is a system-focused role centred on governance, clinical risk oversight and continuous improvement rather than direct service delivery.
You will triage and oversee clinical incidents, support compliance with the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS), and monitor clinical data to identify trends and emerging risks. The role contributes to incident reviews, root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives that strengthen care quality and organisational learning.
Working closely with the Head of Clinical Governance, operational leaders and care teams, you will provide specialist clinical advice and support strong governance processes, regulatory compliance and improved safety outcomes across the organisation.
