Salary: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical care to youth and families in residential or program-specific settings.
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy, as well as clinical consultation and case management.
- Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable outcomes, discharge criteria, and focus on restoring and maintaining optimal functioning.
- Ensure services are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and aligned with best practices
- Document all clinical care in the Electronic Health Record and other required systems promptly and accurately.
- Participate in 24-hour emergency coverage for client caseloads as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external providers to support individualized care.
- Maintain professionalism, ethical practice, and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and reflective practice
- Respond to clinical alerts, quality management protocols, and utilization review requirements.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Trauma-informed care and understanding of substance use impacts
- Strengths-based and client-centered therapeutic approaches
- Ability to engage with diverse populations and support inclusion, equity, and diversity
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
- Competency in assessment, treatment planning, and outcome evaluation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Behavioral health license eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
- 1–3 years of related clinical experience.
- Standard driver’s license and reliable transportation
