Salary: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical care to youth and families in residential or program-specific settings.
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy, as well as clinical consultation and case management.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable outcomes, discharge criteria, and focus on restoring and maintaining optimal functioning.
  • Ensure services are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and aligned with best practices
  • Document all clinical care in the Electronic Health Record and other required systems promptly and accurately.
  • Participate in 24-hour emergency coverage for client caseloads as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external providers to support individualized care.
  • Maintain professionalism, ethical practice, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and reflective practice
  • Respond to clinical alerts, quality management protocols, and utilization review requirements.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Trauma-informed care and understanding of substance use impacts
    • Strengths-based and client-centered therapeutic approaches
    • Ability to engage with diverse populations and support inclusion, equity, and diversity
    • Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
    • Competency in assessment, treatment planning, and outcome evaluation

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Behavioral health license eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
  • 1–3 years of related clinical experience.
  • Standard driver’s license and reliable transportation
