Status: Part-Time Hourly

FLSA classification: Non-Exempt

Hourly Rate: $40.00

Summary of the Position: Clinician to provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in community-based settings. The Clinician is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing individual and family counseling, and coordinating behavioral health services to support positive outcomes for participants and their families.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing clinical services to diverse populations and possess strong assessment, counseling, and treatment planning skills. Clinicians play a critical role in helping individuals and families identify strengths, overcome barriers, and achieve their treatment goals.

Alcohol and Drug Counselors (ADCs) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field required.
• Experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families required.
• Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing counseling services preferred.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health, behavioral health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders is preferred.
• Alcohol and Drug Counseling experience and/or certification is a plus, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and trauma-informed care principles preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system/database is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance is required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
