What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient behavioral health services, including assessments and individual, family, and group therapy
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with referral sources, care providers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and quality improvement activities
- Maintain productivity expectations consistent with a full-time outpatient caseload

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Active professional licensure in the State of Kansas
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a clinical caseload and meet productivity standards
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet client and organizational needs
- Ability to pass required background screenings (KBI, Central Registry, DCF)
Preferred:
- Independent licensure (LSCSW, LCMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD)
- Candidates licensed as LMSW, LMFT, or LMLP who are actively working toward independent licensure are encouraged to apply
- Experience providing outpatient therapy to adults and families
