Are you a compassionate mental health professional looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? BHcare is seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our dynamic outpatient and intensive outpatient teams. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a skilled treatment team—including psychiatrists and fellow clinicians—to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Provide Exceptional Clinical Care
- Serve as the primary clinician for your caseload.
- Conduct intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to client needs.
- Develop and review individual recovery plans, ensuring ongoing appropriateness of services.
Respond & Support
- Provide crisis assessment and intervention, coordinating with emergency personnel when needed.
- Assist with integrated treatment planning and collaborate with natural supports and community resources.
- Advocate for clients, including helping them access eligible benefits.
Collaborate & Communicate
- Partner with hospital staff to coordinate inpatient and discharge planning.
- Serve as a liaison across internal and external programs to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain strong teamwork and contribute to department-wide initiatives.
Maintain High Standards of Practice
- Demonstrate advanced Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) competencies.
- Manage insurance authorizations and meet productivity expectations (minimum 60% direct service).

QualificationsMINMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, psychology or a related mental health field required.
- Clinical experience in a psychiatric or substance abuse setting preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft 365. Must be able to navigate through electronic health records system (EHR).
PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS
- Professional CT Licensure required (LCSW highly preferred, will consider licensed eligible LMSW or other mental health license (e.g., LPC).
