Astor's Family Therapy and Support program is seeking a Social Worker to provide in-home assessment and treatment to children and their families. The target population includes youth adjudicated as JD, PINS, and those at risk of out-of-home placement. Candidate must possess a valid vehicle operator's license. In addition, this position requires visits to locations not required to provide accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and candidate must be able to climb and descend stairs where necessary to accomplish the job responsibilities.

Through a wide variety of premier quality education and mental health services, Astor provides support for pre-schoolers, children with behavioral and emotional health problems, children at risk of placement in foster care, and families that need assistance in developing the skills necessary to raise their children in an environment filled with increasing challenges. Astor currently serves thousands of children each year through its prevention, early childhood, special education, community behavioral health and residential treatment programs.
No one will be denied access to services due to their inability to pay. A discounted/sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income.
