Prairie View is seeking a compassionate, licensed Outpatient Clinician to provide high-quality behavioral health services to adults and families in an outpatient setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who value meaningful clinical work, collaboration, and professional growth in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide outpatient behavioral health services, including assessments and individual, family, and group therapy

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with referral sources, care providers, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and quality improvement activities

  • Maintain productivity expectations consistent with a full-time outpatient caseload

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Active professional licensure in the State of Kansas

  • Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills

  • Ability to manage a clinical caseload and meet productivity standards

  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet client and organizational needs

  • Ability to pass required background screenings (KBI, Central Registry, DCF)

Preferred:

  • Independent licensure (LSCSW, LCMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD)

  • Candidates licensed as LMSW, LMFT, or LMLP who are actively working toward independent licensure are encouraged to apply

  • Experience providing outpatient therapy to adults and families
