Provide individual and family therapy across age groups
Complete outpatient assessments and treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based, individualized interventions
Collaborate with referral sources, schools, and community partners
Participate in case consultations as needed
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
Coordinate with Utilization Review and treatment teams to support client authorization needs
Maintain clinical outcomes within Prairie View standards
Participate in Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities
Demonstrate cultural humility, strong ethics, and a respectful, client-centered approach
Support a positive, collaborative work environment
Full-time clinicians maintain a billable norm of 24–27 encounters per week
Maintain Kansas clinical licensure
Complete required CEUs and annual trainings
Engage in continuing education and supervision to strengthen clinical skills
Education:
LMSW, LMFT, or LMLP must be actively working toward independent licensure
Experience:
Experience coordinating services with State Protective agencies and private collateral agencies
Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to observe and interpret client demeanor and nonverbal cues
Flexibility in scheduling to meet client and organizational needs
Ability to communicate effectively with referral sources and external providers
Credentials/experience sufficient for privileging in:
Outpatient admissions
Individual, family, and group therapy
Psychological/neuropsychological testing (as appropriate to credentials)
Collateral consultations
Basic keyboarding and word-processing skills
Must maintain Kansas licensure and CEUs
Must pass KBI, Central Registry, and DCF background checks
