DePelchin Children’s Center is dedicated to strengthening the well-being of children and families. Our Family and Youth Success (FAYS) Program offers a clinical internship designed to provide graduate students with meaningful, hands-on experience while developing foundational clinical skills in a supportive learning environment.
Clinical interns maintain a small caseload and provide individual and family therapy services to youth and families. Because the program accepts a limited number of interns, students receive individualized clinical supervision, hands-on learning, and high-quality training in evidence-based practices.
Clinical interns will:
Interns receive training and practical exposure to evidence-based practices, which may include:

Selected interns must successfully complete all applicable onboarding requirements prior to beginning the internship, including:
The FAYS clinical internship provides an opportunity to gain direct clinical experience while learning from experienced professionals serving children and families.
