Melanoma Institute Australia (MIA) is an independent, non - profit organisation located in North Sydney. MIA is formally affiliated with the University of Sydney and collaborates with individuals at St Vincent's, Mater Health and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital to improve the outcome for patients with melanoma. Each year around 2,000 new melanoma patients are referred to MIA and approximately 20,000 follow-ups occur. MIA has become a major referral centre for melanoma patients in NSW and overseas.
Melanoma Institute Australia is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Trial Data Entry Operator to support high‑quality clinical data capture across our clinical trials. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of clinical trial data within a regulated environment. This position, based in North Sydney, will offer you a highly varied workload and broad exposure to clinical research.
As part of our Clinical Operations and Data Management team, you will play a key role in extracting health information from source documents, completing electronic case report forms (eCRFs), and maintaining essential data trackers that support monitoring, compliance, and submission activities. You will work closely with clinical staff and data managers to ensure our trial data is complete, reliable, and audit‑ready.
Applicants should have Science bachelor’s degree or Undergraduate Certificate in Clinical/Medical Health Information related fields.
