About the role
Passionate Clinical Trial Assistant with a strong focus on person-centred care and building a career in clinical research
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in healthcare, hospital administration, or clinical trials/research environments
Strong digital capability with confidence using MS Office, databases, spreadsheets, and electronic data capture systems
Able to work independently and proactively while consistently adhering to policies, procedures, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage and maintain large volumes of accurate data
About You
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in healthcare, hospital administration, or clinical research/trials administration
Strong understanding of clinical research processes, including Ethics and Governance, data management, participant data collection, and privacy requirements
High-level computer literacy with proven experience in MS Office, spreadsheets, databases, and electronic data capture systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Highly self-motivated with strong time management, prioritisation skills, and demonstrated ability to work to policies, procedures, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.
We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
