Clinical Trial Manager

The COM role is equivalent Experienced Contract Specialists, who will be responsible for preparing and negotiating budget grids, drafting initial clinical trial agreements, and managing contract amendments (addenda) throughout the lifecycle of the study.

Their responsibilities will include:

• Developing and reviewing site budget proposals in compliance with sponsor requirements and local regulations.
• Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing initial agreements with investigational sites and other study vendors.
• Preparing, reviewing, and executing contract amendments arising from protocol changes, budget revisions, study extensions, or operational updates.
• Ensuring contractual documents are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Collaborating closely with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, and site personnel to facilitate efficient study start-up and ongoing trial conduct.
• Maintaining contract documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.

Your Profile:

You will have solid clinical trial management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required qualifications and experience:

• University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent combination of education & experience
• Demonstrated ability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study
• Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area
• Prior monitoring experience is preferred
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25%)
