Location: Home based anywhere in Spain

Territory: Spain, Italy, Brazil,~60% travel

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Liaison (CTL) to lead site engagement strategies and patient-focused initiatives. Join a dynamic team dedicated to improving operational excellence and inclusivity in clinical trials, while building strong relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Trial Site Engagement:

  • Develop peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs, Principal Investigators, and healthcare providers in Oncology and Neurology therapeutic areas.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance patient engagement, inclusivity, and recruitment timelines in clinical trials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create site engagement plans and meet clinical operations objectives.

  • Deliver educational presentations and support healthcare professionals in surrounding communities.

  • Share insights from clinical trial sites to inform study strategies.

Scientific Expertise:

  • Maintain deep knowledge of therapeutic areas, emerging research, and disease management trends.

  • Serve as a scientific resource, providing clinical presentations and facilitating peer-to-peer discussions.

  • Support medical congress staffing, advisory boards, and study-specific material development.

Compliance and Professional Standards:

  • Adhere to national and local codes of practice, operating with integrity and professionalism at all times.

  • Ensure compliance in reporting adverse events and product complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) with 3+ years of oncology experience OR a master’s degree and 5+ years of oncology experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of MSL or comparable industry/clinical role experience.

  • Strong ability to analyse and communicate complex scientific data.

  • Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in digital platforms and tools.

  • Valid driver’s license and proximity to a major airport.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Preferred:

  • Solid tumour/targeted therapy experience and a proven track record of success.

  • Knowledge of healthcare environments and external experts in academia.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for field-based personnel.
